Why did Good Wolf Gear switch to Consignment from Buy Outright?
We’ve listened to feedback from our community and the consignment model will allow us to give larger payouts to our consignors for their sold items. Our goal is to expand our used gear inventory significantly, and can’t do it without you! We believe this change will help.
What happens to my store credit earned before the switch to Consignment?
Nothing at all! The store credit you’ve already earned remains. It doesn’t expire and is ready to use when you return to the shop.
If I've sold gear to Good Wolf Gear in the past, what do I need to do now?
Next time you come by the shop, we will review the consignment terms with you and answer any questions you may have. We will also share instructions for our new consignor portal where you can monitor the sale of your items. So come on by with some new items to sell and we will walk you through the new process!
What changes can I expect to see in the shop?
We will continue to offer high quality experienced gear in the shop. You will find that all of our consigned items will now have new tags with a discount schedule, so you can see automatic savings over time!
Our consignors will now have access to an online portal to monitor the sale of their items, so there will be less back and forth and clear communication with the shop.
As we build our used gear inventory, we will have more special promotions to offer our community. So bring us any gear in your closet that we can help get back out in the wild!
Return Policy
New items can be returned in unused condition and in original packaging within 30 days. The return can be processed in the original form of payment, or store credit. The following new items cannot be returned: food, fuel, hygiene products, and gift cards.
Experienced (used) items returned within 3 days will be evaluated for a refund in store credit. Used items cannot be returned after 3 days
