Do you like dirt? Do you like people? If you said yes to either, then let’s get in touch! We’re looking for a part-time Assistant Store Manager to join our pack. You’ll report to the Store Manager and help oversee daily operations while promoting Good Wolf Gear’s mission and values.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has a passion for the outdoors and sustainability
  • Has extensive knowledge of outdoor products and brands
  • Has experience creating exceptional customer service and leading successful teams 
  • Has daytime and weekend availability
  • Can make and take jokes

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers and staff to create a welcoming and curious environment
  • Interacting with customers and the community to develop events and foster relationships
  • Actively working with merchandise to include processing, assembling, stocking, and displaying
  • Communicating with staff to ensure consistent quality of inventory and service to customers
  • Collaborating with the store manager to assess store and team performance

Pay & Perks:

  • $20/hour for up to 30 hours/week.
